- Thermogravimetry (TGA)
- Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)
- Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR)
- X-Ray Diffraction (XRD)
- In vitro release: Dissolution testing under sink conditions.
- Preclinical pharmacokinetics (PK): Murine model (BALB/c mice).
Drug concentrations were quantified by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with Ultraviolet Detection (HPLC-UV). The dataset includes raw instrumental outputs, processed concentration tables, and companion data dictionaries detailing variable names, units, and allowed values for each technique. |
